The D1 series of reed relays with changeover contacts offers 100W switching power (at 33.3V DC switching voltage), isolation across contacts of 0.75kV (AC or DC peak) and highly reliable tungsten contacts. These relays utilise high vacuum reed switches to achieve the excellent switching characteristics, and are often used in safety critical applications. The D1 series of relays is offered with or without magnetic screen and is PCB mountable, with custom mounting options available upon request. The series has been UL approved as per pollution degree 2 classification.

Cynergy3 DA (UL) 10kV Normally Open Relay Series

Cynergy3 FS15 Flow Switch Series

The FS15 series of normally open flow switches by Cynergy3 utilises a fixed reed switch with a low flow restriction and a moving magnet to enable accurate flow detection, while ensuring minimal fluid flow restriction. These inline switches are designed for operation in liquid flow systems with pressure of up to 10 bar (not suitable for systems containing significant amount of solid particles) and come in 15mm tube size with a low-flow version available. The FS15 series flow switches can be operated in temperatures of up to 85°C and are WRAS approved for use in cold and hot water up to 60°C.

Cynergy3 FS22 Flow Switch Series

The FS22 series of normally open flow switches by Cynergy3 utilises a fixed reed switch with a low flow restriction and a moving magnet to enable accurate flow detection, while ensuring minimal fluid flow restriction. Cynergy3 ILLS Submersible Level Transmitter Series

The ILLS series of submersible tank gauging level transmitters from Cynergy3 utilises piezo-resistive silicon sensing technology to achieve better level of control and measurements for small tanks (1m to 10m high), while ensuring excellent stability, repeatability and resolution. The probe is isolated by a stainless steel diaphragm as well as steel housing, designed for continuous submersion in liquids. Cynergy3 IWPT Wireless Pressure Transducer Series

The IWPT series of wireless industrial pressure transducers from Cynergy3 utilises piezo-resistive thick film ceramic sensor to offer an excellent cost effective alternative to traditional wired transducers in inaccessible or expensive installation environments. The sensors feature accuracy as low as <±0.25% of the full scale (BFSL), selection of pressure ranges from -1 to +400 bar gauge and up to 750m line-on-site range. The IWPT series' user selectable features include transmission update rates, output (1-5V or 4-20mA) and configuration (single or 5 channel; depending on receiver used). The IWPT series is designed to be paired with one of the IWR family of wireless receivers for simple plug-and-play pressure measurement solution; a swivel adaptor is available to allow easy alignment of the head with the receiver.
